Flotte Energy Saving Company, established in 2013 with a registered capital of 101 million yuan, originated from Flotte Thermal Engineering founded in 1995. With three decades of rigorous technical expertise, the company specializes in water equipment, HVAC systems, and the water treatment industries. We consistently lead industry peers in adopting cutting-edge thermal exchange technologies, developing innovative thermodynamic products, and delivering comprehensive, high-reliability production and sales services worldwide.
The company has been continuously advancing in production technology innovation, holding multiple patent certifications including "High-Efficiency Plate Heat Exchanger", "Intelligent Plate Heat Exchanger System", and "Plate Heat Exchanger Scale Removal Device" (see qualification documentation). Our products have obtained mandatory national product certification and safety registration from the National Standardization Committee, along with the safety registration for plate heat exchangers issued by the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee. Our dedication is backed by ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications.
Our professional design engineers and certified technical specialists possess decades of field experience, ensuring the absolute safety and thermal reliability of our complex installations. Backed by a dedicated R&D center and advanced thermodynamic testing laboratories, we consistently deliver state-of-the-art products that ensure absolute uptime for critical energy and heating infrastructures.
In modern steam-cycle thermal generation, gas-fired combined cycle power plants (CCGT), geothermal plants, and industrial cogeneration systems, heat exchangers are not mere auxiliary components; they are core contributors to thermal efficiency and operational reliability. Global Procurement Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies, and utility operators look beyond simple pricing. They demand suppliers who can guarantee structural integrity, compliance with global pressure vessel codes, and maximum thermal coefficient values ($U$-values) to reduce capital and operational expenditure.
As a leading Chinese supplier and exporter with over 30 years of manufacturing experience, Flotte bridges the gap between state-of-the-art thermal engineering and cost-effective bulk supply. With 101 million yuan in registered capital, advanced processing capability, and a massive supply network, we deliver engineered solutions that align with the high-reliability parameters needed by utility facilities globally.
Addressing thermodynamic challenges with specific, tailored engineering schemes. From municipality scale heating networks to heavy waste heat recuperation.
For large-scale urban centralized heating, our plate heat exchangers serve as the core boundary interface between high-pressure municipal utility loops and residential customer zones. By utilizing patented corrugated plates, our systems optimize thermal distribution, manage pressure variations dynamically, and reduce overall line losses across complex metropolitan networks.
In thermal, combined-cycle, and chemical processing facilities, heat exchangers must manage aggressive liquids, high temperatures, and high design pressures. Flotte provides custom-designed shell and tube heat exchangers as well as fully detachable gasketed plate exchangers configured to match precise heat transfer coefficients while offering easy maintenance.
Our Multi-Effect Evaporation (MEE) and high-pressure Membrane Concentration Systems are vital for Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) installations in chemical plants and utilities. They permit efficient volume reduction, high desalination yields, and chemical purification, minimizing environmental discharge while recovering valuable process water.
Specializing in gasketed, welded, and specialized plate heat exchangers, our equipment features a patented corrugated plate design. This maximizes boundary layer turbulence and achieves 2-3 times higher heat exchange efficiency than conventional shell-and-tube setups under similar pressure drop conditions.
Covering 8 core industrial domains including HVAC, power plant condensers, oil refineries, and district heating loops. Verified by thousands of successful installations worldwide, our models are designed to meet diverse operational climates and demanding fluid properties.
Rigorous quality control governs our entire manufacturing flow. Our products have earned national pressure safety permits, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certificates. Utilizing carefully sourced metallurgy—titanium, stainless steel (304, 316L, 904L), and Hastelloy—we ensure maximum longevity under stressful conditions.
We provide comprehensive design support (including thermal dynamic calculation software simulation), rapid logistics, and continuous engineering assistance. Our team guarantees that global contractors receive technical documentation, replacement gaskets, plates, and physical maintenance guidelines without delay.
Every component is fabricated inside our modern workshop under strict quality control standards. Here is the step-by-step production process that guarantees our equipment's reliable performance.

As international energy frameworks shift toward net-zero emissions and high resource circularity, the demands on heat transfer design are changing. Thermal power facilities must optimize temperature profiles to reduce waste fuel combustion. At Flotte, our R&D team focuses on two main developments:
Our latest Intelligent Regulation and Balance Systems utilize integrated high-precision sensors and automatic balance valves to monitor pressure gradients, flow distributions, and temperature patterns across multi-node district heating networks. By using real-time telemetry, the system detects micro-fouling trends early, permitting proactive descaling interventions that prevent sudden efficiency loss or unplanned shutdowns.
We are expanding plate patterns with specialized herringbone designs and varying chevron angles to manage highly viscous, particulate-heavy, or non-Newtonian process flows. This helps minimize bypass channels, improve boundary layer shear stress (keeping plate surfaces clean), and handle challenging thermal duties with a smaller physical footprint.
Exporting complex industrial equipment requires strict adherence to international standards and regional safety legislation. Flotte products comply with major global pressure vessel design requirements, ensuring seamless engineering design approval and quick customs clearance.
Our quality assurance system manages every production phase, from material sourcing certificates to hydrostatic testing of assembled units. We maintain complete material traceability records, pressure testing logs, and welding certificates. Additionally, our global logistics network coordinates with trusted ocean and overland freight partners to deliver units safely to construction sites or ports worldwide.

Plate Heat Exchangers are chosen when high thermal efficiency, tight temperature approaches (down to 1°C), and compact space limits are critical. They are ideal for district heating, HVAC, and auxiliary cooling networks. Shell & Tube configurations are preferred for high-pressure applications (above 30 bar), steam condensation, or when handling fluids with large suspended particulates that would foul a plate gap.
We utilize patented plate geometry that promotes highly turbulent flow at low Reynolds numbers. This turbulence helps scrub plate surfaces to slow fouling. We also integrate specialized chemical scale removal systems and design our units with detachable frames, allowing quick disassembly for cleaning or maintenance.
For fresh water, standard Stainless Steel 304 or 316L is suitable. However, for brackish, saline, or highly chlorinated water, we recommend Titanium Gr. 1, Hastelloy C276, or Nickel alloys. These metals exhibit superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced cracking.
An MEE system routes latent heat from the steam generated in one stage to heat the next stage, which operates at a lower boiling point. Adding multiple effects increases the steam economy ratio: a 3-effect system yields approximately 2.5 to 2.8 times the water evaporation per ton of initial boiler steam, lowering utility costs compared to single-stage units.
Our intelligent balance valves automatically adjust their opening percentage based on real-time pressure and temperature data. This stabilizes hydraulic profiles throughout the network, eliminating issues where users close to the heat source get too hot while distant users receive insufficient heat.
